FAQ 

Can I reserve a house in a future phase? 

No. Our phases are released one at a time. Each phase is priced individually, and has its own timeline and schedule. Feel free to join our VIP list for information on future phase release dates, pricing and timing. 

Are there any upgrades?

At Trask, we believe in building homes which feature products and materials that are expected in homes of this price - that means our offerings are "all in". When you walk in to our model home, everything about the house is standard level of finish - so you can get exactly what you want without an endless stream of upgrades. Every finish option, light fixture, tile and countertop featured in our homes is included in the price, standard. When you come into our design center and work with our in house designer to bring your dream home to life, you get access to every single one of our hundreds of finishes  without ever having to pay a a change order fee. Why? Because our standard is their upgrade. 

Does Wyndemere have a HOA?

Yes, the homes at Wyndemere are part of a HOA. The HOA is responsible for maintenance of common landscape (street trees, common grass) and the on-site detention basins. The HOA does have some rules as well, including restrictions on farm animals on site, and the height of fences in front yards. 

Are their restrictions on pets?

There are no restrictions on domesticated pets. However, the HOA does have restrictions against raising farm animals ( chickens, goats, etc) on the lots in Wyndemere .  

Will any of the homes have bedrooms on the first floor? 

Yes, we do have one floorplan where the first floor will feature a flexible study/ bedroom space connected to a full bathroom. This floorplan will be available in phase two. 

Will all of the homes have finished basements?

Yes, the lower level in all of the homes at Wyndemere will be finished living space and will feature a large flexible open room, a smaller enclosed room ( perfect for home gym, theatre, or wine cellar), each basement will also have a full finished bathroom. The majority of the homes at Wyndemere will have walkout basements with full sized windows. 

How long will construction of the entire development take? 

On average, we can deliver 5-6 houses of this size and scale a year in our developments. Construction in the neighborhood is beginning on the Eliot Street size of Wyndemere Lane, and will conclude on the Everett Street side. In all, we expect to complete the development in the spring of 2026. You cant rush perfection!

Can these homes have pools, or sports courts?

The majority of the lots at Wyndemere have ample yard space for future pools, pickleball courts, or both! We would be happy to assist in providing engineering plans of the site if you wish to proceed with getting these items installed. However, Trask is much better at building house than we are at building pools, so you will need to hire a third party contractor for this work after your closing.
